Service Availability

We strive to maintain 99.9% uptime for our Service. However, we do not guarantee uninterrupted access. Scheduled maintenance may cause temporary service disruptions, of which we will provide advance notice when possible.

Limitation of Liability

To the maximum extent permitted by law, ShieldGuard Pro and its operators shall not be liable for:

• Any indirect, incidental, special, consequential, or punitive damages
• Loss of profits, data, goodwill, or other intangible losses
• Any damages resulting from reliance on scan results or service interruptions
• Any unauthorized access, hacking, or data loss

Our total liability shall not exceed the amount paid by you (if any) in the 12 months preceding the claim.
